Insurance Reimbursement for Out-of-Network Services
All services are self-pay as I am not contracted directly with any insurance company. However, most carriers do offer some degree of reimbursement, typically anywhere between 20-80%, for out-of-network expenses. To assist, I am happy to provide monthly "Superbills" that you may submit directly to your insurer. Because each insurance plan is different, I cannot guarantee reimbursement. Therefore, it is important that you contact your provider prior to beginning treatment to have a clear understanding of potential cost.
Questions to ask insurers:
