I attended the Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington where I earned my Bachelors of Liberal Arts with a focus in Psychology. Once I had finished my bachelors I migrated to the beautiful state of Maine, where I now call "home". After I had established myself in Maine, I was accepted into graduate school. Where I attended the University of New England where I acquired my Master of Social Work. Once I had graduated I gained employment at a mental health agency where I was lucky enough to have a diverse and complex caseload. During that time I found myself gravitating towards clients that had experienced trauma within their childhood. The resilience that I found my clients displayed inspired me as much then as it does today. In a similar vein, I found that I was energized by sex therapy work with clients. Having grown up in a sex positive home myself, I find the subject of sex to be normal, healthy and very comfortable. It is my greatest pleasure to support others in healing and exploring their erotic life in a safe space. I am humbled by the work that I get to do everyday and feel that I have found my calling.

When I am not at work you will find me spending time with my two young children and spouse. Often outside moving our bodies. I also have a great passion for travel, caring for plants, making art, bird watching, walking/running with my dog and playing dungeons and dragons.
